Abstract: A cover for HVAC conduits and wiring exiting a structure is provided permitting a simplified solution to protect the line set in an aesthetically pleasing manner. A two-part face plate fits around the conduits and wiring. Each face plate includes a partial cone-shaped protruding member that circumscribes the conduits and wiring once installed. The cover also includes a sleeve that fits around the conduits, distal the cone-shaped protruding members in a tight-fitting manner providing further protection. The cover is easily removeable for a service technician to maintain and repair the conduits or wiring in future servicing.

Abstract: A nesting equipment support pad is disclosed, in particular an outdoor air conditioner compressor pad. The pad comprises a parallelogram upper surface which contacts the compressor and descending side walls from each edge of the parallelogram upper surface. Two side walls include a notch to accommodate a matching notch of another identical support pad when placed in a nesting arrangement. These notched corners are at diagonally opposing corners of each pad permitting the nesting arrangements. Additional, support rib members and protrusions are located within the cavity formed by the four side walls to provide strength and rigidity. These rib members and protrusions are placed in an offset manner to permit the nesting arrangement without interference with the mating pad.

Abstract: A coupling harness useful with a HVAC mini-split system includes a first interface connected to a thermistor, a second interface connected to a condensate overflow sensor and a control device interface connected to a HVAC electronic control device. The first and second interfaces can notify the control device interface of the existence of an alarm condition of the thermistor and condensate overflow sensor, respectively. The control device interface can actuate the HVAC electronic control device in response to such notifications that an alarm condition exists for the thermistor or condensate overflow sensor.
