Abstract: An apparatus and a method of constructing an apparatus are disclosed including a plurality of wristlets, a plurality of handles, a plurality of lines constructed of flexible material and attached to the plurality of wristlets at a first end and attached to the plurality of handles at a second end, and at least one tightening member movably attached to the plurality of lines wherein displacing at least one of the plurality of handles away from each other and with respect to the at least one tightening member moves the plurality of wristlets closer together.
