  • Patent number: 4885859
Abstract: The invention relates to a folding card 1 with a cover 2 that is connected to a back 3 by at least one fold line F.sub.1 and with an internal folding system 4, that is connected at least to the inside surface 3a of the back 3 and can assume a three-dimensional form when the card is unfolded. In order to achieve a particularly effective and optimal effect, the internal folding system 4 consists of at least two superimposed frame elements that change their relative positions when the card is unfolded and whose windows are of differing sizes, whereby the size of the windows increases in the order of the successively overlapping frame elements. The largest window is the one located furthest from the back.

  • Patent number: 4205776
Abstract: An annular series of interconnected rectangular and parallelepiped-shaped folding boxes. The series includes eight interlinked parallelepipeds in two detachable sets of four successive parallelepipeds each. Individual and pairs of successive parallelepipeds are connected one to another by a flexible joint in a hinge-like manner, along mutually adjacent and equal side edges thereof. The flexible joint includes an additional wall strip disposed between mutually adjacent and equal side edges of adjoining successive parallelepipeds for interconnecting therebetween. The wall strip has a width of approximately three to five times the thickness of the cardboard material.

  • Patent number: 4087929
Abstract: The jalousie card according to the invention, includes a display card in combination with a jalousie mounted in front of the display area of the card. The display card is provided with a pair of parallel slots through which a display sheet is threaded into the display area. The jalousie includes a window frame attached to the display card, and a plurality of parallel and interconnected lamellaes that are pivotally mounted within the frame. Pull movement of the jalousie frame causes, in turn, movement of the lamellaes from a covered position about the display area of the card to an open position exposing the same, and vice versa.
