Abstract: The present invention provides modular sliding door rollers for use in sliding doors. The modular sliding door rollers have a major roller unit and one or more minor roller units modularly connected together in series. The major and minor roller units have a roller which is adjustable to extend out of and retract into the major and minor roller units by adjusting a roller adjuster on the major roller unit. Two pairs of partially overlapping and divergent roller axle slots are provided on each of the major and minor roller units to provide for extension and retraction of the rollers.
Abstract: A louvre window clip assembly that is used with a window frame. The clip assembly includes a clip, that is capable of receiving a glass window pane, and a hub. The hub and clip are engaged so that the clip is removable from the exterior of the window frame without having to access the interior of the window frame.
Abstract: The present invention provides a sash lock for double hung windows. The sash lock is fabricated without a spring for biasing the cam into a closed or open position and further without a screw or fastening means to secure the lever, housing and cam together. The four primary components of the sash lock, specifically the lever, housing, cam and keeper mount may be fabricated from injection molded plastic as opposed to metallic materials.
