Abstract: An anti-kink apparatus for closely surrounding a plug-and-cable assembly includes a housing formed of first and second complemental half shells which are articulated to one another whereby the half shells are pivotal with respect to one another. The half shells have a closed position for entirely closely surrounding the plug-and-cable assembly and an open position in which the half shells are removable from or placeable on the plug-and-cable assembly. The anti-kink apparatus further includes a releasable locking arrangement having a locked position for maintaining the half shells locked in the closed position thereof and an unlocked position for allowing the half shells to be pivoted from the closed position into the open position thereof, whereby the half shells are replaceable and reusable.
Abstract: An assembly module for a printed circuit board for the connection of screened conductors includes a metallic grounding plate comprising multiple modules. Each module includes a mechanism for fixedly connecting the module to a printed circuit board and at least one spring clamp conductively supported on the module. The clamp has an approximately shell-shaped conductor accommodating area for detachably enclosing at least one screened conductor. The plate further includes one rated breakage point between each two adjacent modules so that adjacent modules may be separated from one another by breaking the plate at the rated breakage point.
Abstract: An adapter assembly for the connection of coaxial cables in which an adapter body having a rear side is formed with at least one pass-through opening, and at least two hook-shaped catch fingers projecting from the rear side adjacent the opening and whose hooks open toward one another. A respective socket is received in the opening and formed with a polygonal limiting flange resting against the rear side and retained by a snap-action grip of the catch fingers over the flange so that the hooks engage a rear side of the flange, the hook-shaped catch fingers having a diametrical spacing from one another across the opening substantially equal to a spacing across the flange between opposite sides thereof. Torsion force takeup for coupling or decoupling with the socket is ensured by a pair of bars or projections from the rear side which engage the preferably hexagonal flange and are offset from the fingers.

Abstract: A casing for an auxiliary device to optically display an incoming telephone call includes a bottom portion which is detachably connected to a cover portion. Accommodated in the so-formed interior space is a frame which carries a plurality of reflectors spaced along its periphery and reflecting the light towards the outside through a viewing window of the cover portion. For supporting a print card within the interior space, the frame is provided with inwardly projecting clamps each of which having two shanks to hold the print card therebetween.
Abstract: A distribution frame for low-current conductors is made up of a multiplicity of channels whose side and rear walls are perforated to allow interconnection of the channels and whose front walls have slots to accommodate lugs of circuit units which are mounted on the frame. The front walls define an opening between them which is flanked by respective inwardly extending flanges formed with rearwardly angled flanks carrying cable ridges between the tongues of which the conductors can be fitted.

Abstract: A tool for making a plug connection between a plastic tube and a plastic case for electrical conductors has a cutting head which is designed to encircle the shell of a tube and which can be turned relatively to the tube. Extending into the interior of the cutting head is a first knife for chamfering the end of the tube as well as a second knife, at a distance from the first, for cutting a fircone-shaped rib in the shell of the tube. The cutting head is firmly connected to one end of a bar-shaped handle, which is provided at its other end with a bore head for making a hole in the wall of the case. The bore head comprises a cutter on an end of a steel hollow cylinder connected at its other end to the handle and projecting out from its respective front end.
