Abstract: A portable cooking grill includes four folding side panels each at a respective side edge of a rectangular container which can be folded down for transport and folded up to act as a table surface at which a person can be seated. A support stand attached to the container has a first erected position in which the container is supported in a raised position for use by a plurality of seated diners at the side panels and a second collapsed position in which the support stands is folded toward the base of the container. A heat shield arrangement is located around the container to prevent overheating of the seated diners. The support stand allows the container and folded side panels to be supported in a horizontal position or in a vertical position for storage.
Abstract: A reversible filler spout assembly is sealably engaged with the filler neck when in the pouring position by camming surfaces on the spout inner end and on the distal end of the filler neck. When reversed and inserted into the neck for storage, the closure cap engages the filler neck and clamps a horizontal flange on the spout between the interior of the cap and the upper end of the neck with resilient seals between the cap and spout and between the spout and filler neck so that no leakage can occur.
Abstract: A base for a garden umbrella is formed from a lower receptacle portion and an upper lid portion which interconnect with a snap ring around the periphery of an upper wall of the receptacle portion. A plinthe centrally of the lower portion cooperates with a collar centrally of the lid portion to locate a tube which guides the post of the garden umbrella to sit on the plinthe. The assembled base can then be filled with a suitable fluid ballast material.
