Abstract: Using a method for producing a spring from a spring wire, turns of a first spring part are produced, wherein said produced turns move in a first direction. Thereafter, turns of a second spring part are produced, wherein said produced turns move in a second direction which is different from, in particular opposite of, the first direction. Such a method can be used to produce a spring having a plurality of spring parts.
Abstract: A spring apparatus turns a spring to be in a position suitable for delivery to a spring-transporting apparatus. The spring apparatus has a cassette wheel which can be rotated about an axis and has at least one cassette compartment for holding the spring in a first rotational position. Furthermore, there is a transfer element for delivering the spring to the spring-transporting apparatus in a second rotational position.
Abstract: During a method for transferring springs into holding means of an assembler, the springs are arranged one behind the other in a row and are delivered in a direction of conveyance by means of a spring conveyor and are transferred in groups into the holding means of the assembler. The spring conveyor conveys the springs into the assembler. They are then displaced perpendicular to the direction of conveyance by means of a sliding bar integrated in the assembler.
