The yoke surrounds the central support and slides relative thereto between distal and proximal ends thereof. The flexible arms are hingedly affixed to the central support and extend outwardly therefrom. The panel is affixed to the frame. A latch near to the central support's distal end engages the yoke to retain the yoke there-at, to thereby retain the sunshade in an expanded configuration with the flexible arms extended outwardly to cause the panel into a horizontally elongated rectangular planar shape. The latch may be depressed to allow the yoke to slide towards the central support's proximal end to allow the flexible arms to bend at the elbows such that the sunshade is transformed into a compacted storage configuration.

Abstract: A container and a securement strap are disclosed. The securement strap includes a crank. The container has a housing and a lid. The housing has a hollow interior adapted to receive the securement strap. The hollow interior is surrounded by a bottom wall and sidewalls to contain the securement strap, and has an open top to receive the securement strap into the hollow interior. At least one of the sidewalls has a hole therethrough. The lid is attached to the housing at the open top by a hinge. The lid being pivotable relative to the housing about the hinge between a closed position wherein access to the hollow interior is denied and an opened position in which access to the hollow interior is enabled. The lid is latchable to the housing to deny pivoting relative thereto and thereby deny receipt and removal of the securement strap.

Abstract: A colorable sunshade system for an automobile includes a thin panel having a periphery shaped to fit within one of an automobile's windows or windshield. The panel has an outer surface for disposition outwardly against an inside surface of glass of the window or windshield, and an inner surface visible to occupants of the automobile when the outer surface is so disposed. One of the inner or outer surfaces is comprised of a white background with an image printed thereon, the image comprising one or more dark outlines surrounding white interiors for being filled with color. The system may also include means for temporarily affixing the panels into the windows or windshield, and means for filling the white interiors with color.

Abstract: A mat system for a vehicle floor that has a floor mat retainer defining a fixed first vertical axis. The floor mat system includes an adapter portion and a mat portion. The adapter portion has a first receiver to enable engagement of the adapter portion to the mat and a plurality of second receivers to enable engagement of the adapter portion to the mat retainer at a selected one of a multitude of locations. Each engagement of the adapter portion to the mat retainer is rotational about the fixed first vertical axis, according to a selection from the plurality of second receivers.

Abstract: A tissue dispenser which includes a container portion for holding tissues or other articles. The container portion includes a lower portion which may fit within an adjustable or non-adjustable vehicle cup holder, a transition portion positioned above the lower portion, and an upper portion positioned above the transition portion. The lower portion preferably has a diameter that can fit most non-adjustable vehicle cup holders provided by automobile manufacturers. The transition portion extends outwardly from the lower portion and typically has a flare-like shape. The upper portion extends upward from the transition portion and is preferably larger in height and diameter than the lower portion in order to increase the containment volume for the present tissue dispenser. The lower portion, transition portion and upper portion of the container portion define an interior space for receiving and containing tissues or other articles to be dispensed by the present tissue dispenser.

Abstract: A low cost, high quality, durable mat product having a fragrance or scent incorporated in the backing material so that the scent is evenly dispersed throughout the environment of the mat for an extended period of time. Also disclosed is a method for making the mat product by adding a scent or fragrance to the backing material used in the mat product prior to securing the backing material to a textile layer.
