    Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for computing an error rate comprising: a first circuit interface being connected to a first sub-circuit receiving data and computing output data through a predetermined computation process; a second circuit interface and being connected to a first test circuit receiving the same data, which is inputted to the first sub-circuit, and computing output data through the predetermined computation process; an error injecting part injecting an error to the first test circuit; an error detecting part comparing output data of the first sub-circuit to output data of the first test circuit; and an error rate computing part computing input node error probability of the first sub-circuit by statistic processing of the compared result. The apparatus and method for computing error rate of the present invention is able to shorten the time required to obtain error probability, compared to the direct simulation of the full circuit.

Thus, the operational complexity during image encoding/decoding can be reduced.

According to the present invention, an end of the frame being transmitted is accurately notified to the receiving terminal in a communication system in which the frame is transmitted using MIMO, thereby decoding the frame in a more efficient manner at the receiving terminal.

The preamplifier of signal processing system is transimpedance amplifier TIA, the bandwidth is extracted 1/650 instantaneous amplitude square wave directly from the modulation square wave (existing), thus the thermal noise of the preamplifier output and shot noise level is reduced to the existing technology of below 1/650; the current-voltage gain of transimpedance amplifier TIA does not depend on the feedback network resistance, thus it can have high current-voltage conversion gain and use low resistance in the feedback network TIA at the same time.

    Abstract: A gateway, system and method for multiple radio access technology service are provided. The gateway is between base stations and a core network, including a receiving module, determining module and processing module. The receiving module receives a packet from the base stations or the core network through a tunnel between the base stations and the core network. The determining module determines whether the packet has a virtual IP header. If the packet has a virtual IP header, the processing module deletes the virtual IP header and replaces it with a tunnel header to transmit the packet to the core network through the tunnel by the tunnel header. If the packet has no virtual IP header, the processing module forwards the packet to the core network through the tunnel. The disclosure enhances transmitting and processing performance of the packet when the packet is transmitted through only a single tunnel.
