Abstract: A method is provided, including the following operations: performing a deposition process on a substrate, the deposition process configured to deposit a ruthenium layer in a feature on the substrate, the ruthenium layer being doped with zinc at an atomic percentage less than approximately 30 percent; after depositing the ruthenium layer, annealing the substrate, wherein the annealing is configured to cause migration of the zinc to an interface of the ruthenium layer and an oxide layer of the substrate, the migration of the zinc producing an adhesive barrier at the interface that inhibits electromigration of the ruthenium layer.
Abstract: Methods for treating Down syndrome and improving cognitive function of a patient with an intellectual disability are disclosed. 5-hydroxytryptamine sub-receptor six (5-HT6) receptor antagonists are provided for improving the cognition of a Down syndrome patient.

Abstract: A method of deep graph representation learning includes: calculating a plurality of base features from a graph and adding the plurality of base features to a feature matrix. The method further includes generating, by a processing device, a current feature layer from the feature matrix and a set of relational feature operators, wherein the current feature layer corresponds to a set of current features, evaluating feature pairs associated with the current feature layer, and selecting a subset of features from the set of current features based on the evaluated feature pairs. The method further includes adding the subset of features to the feature matrix to generate an updated feature matrix.
Abstract: Methods and systems for non-invasively tuning dressed multicell cavities. A multicell cavity can be plastically deformed as result of introducing a customized balloon to a cavity and then pressurizing the balloon to a targeted cell while applying a global force on the cavity flanges. The pressurized balloons localize the plastic deformation to the targeted cells using prescribed values of both global force and balloon pressure. Such an approach allows for the tuning of dressed cavities without removal of the helium vessel.
Abstract: Provided are compositions and methods for prophylaxis and/or therapy of ErbB1-positive cancer. The compositions include pharmaceutical preparations that contain isolated or recombinant or modified peptidase D (PEPD) proteins. The methods include prophylaxis and/or therapy of ErbB1-positive cancer by administering a PEPD to an individual who has or is at risk for developing ErbB1-positive cancer.

Abstract: A semiconductor cell structure and power semiconductor device, wherein, the semiconductor cell structure includes: a highly-doped semiconductor material region, an epitaxial layer, a dielectric insulating layer, a semi-insulating material, and an active device region, a deep groove is further etched on the epitaxial layer, the deep groove vertically extends into the highly-doped semiconductor material region, the dielectric insulating layer is formed on a side wall inside the deep groove, and the deep groove is filled with the semi-insulating material. The cell structure can be applied to the power semiconductor device during actual application, the present invention dramatically reduces the difficulty of the process implementation, relaxes the harsh requirements on charge balance, broadens the tolerant charge mismatch percentage by approximately ten times, and also improves the long-term reliability of normal operation of the device cell at the same time.

In another example, a method includes heating a cryogenic working fluid with waste heat from a heat source and driving a turbine with the heated cryogenic working fluid. Power produced by the turbine can be used drive a mechanical load and/or generate electricity for use by an electrical load. For example, waste heat from a combustion engine of a vehicle can be used to generate power for driving mechanical loads of the engine and/or to generate electricity for charging a battery of the vehicle.

Abstract: This invention belongs to the field of biomass energy utilization at the large scale. A material stirring device for a biomass bin includes a transmission mechanism, a main stirring mechanism, and an auxiliary stirring mechanism. The main stirring mechanism includes a cylinder connected to the transmission mechanism. The outer wall of the cylinder is provided with a hollow stirring rod. The auxiliary stirring mechanism includes a rotating shaft vertically penetrating through the hollow stirring rod. Both ends of the rotating shaft are provided with stirring blades and the rotating shaft is connected to the transmission mechanism. That the stirring device is easily damaged due to too high density of the biomass material is overcome through the automatic conversion adjustment of the main and auxiliary stirring mechanisms. The continuous discharge efficiency of the biomass bin is improved by the organic integration of over and partial stirring.
