Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel signal sequence peptide and a vector comprising a polynucleotide encoding same. The signal sequence peptide can induce a protein linked thereto to be secreted to the outside of a cell, and thus, when the signal sequence peptide is used or a recombinant microorganism transformed with the vector is used, the signal sequence peptide expresses a target protein and then secretes the target protein to the outside of a cell, thus enabling the target protein to exhibit the activity and function thereof.

Abstract: An intraocular pressure detecting device includes the following elements. A force-applying element is adapted to apply a force to a target surface on a cornea of an eyeball in a direction, so that the target surface is deformed. A force-sensing element, coupled to the force-applying element, is adapted to sense the force applied by the force-applying element in the direction. A displacement-sensing element, coupled to the force-applying element, is adapted to sense a displacement of the force-applying element in the direction. A processing element is electrically connected to the force-sensing element and the displacement-sensing element to obtain a relationship curve between applied force and displacement. In particular, the processing element analyzes the relationship curve to obtain a characteristic critical point, and obtains an intraocular pressure value of the eyeball according to the applied force corresponding to the characteristic critical point.

Abstract: One embodiment can provide a method and system for estimating a remote quantity of interest (QoI). During operation, the system can receive, over a communication channel, a radio frequency (RF) signal carrying an estimate of the QoI measured by a sensor. The system can estimate probability distributions of a set of random channel parameters associated with the HF communication channel. The system can further reconstruct the estimate based on the probability distributions of the channel parameters and the received RF signal, determine a level of uncertainty associated with the reconstructed estimate, and combine reconstructed estimates from multiple sensors based on the determined level of uncertainty associated with each reconstructed estimate to output a combined estimate of the QoI.
Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention provides an atomic layer deposition device for filling a gap of a semiconductor structure with a high aspect ratio and a method of manufacturing the same. According to the atomic layer deposition method of filling the gap of the semiconductor structure with the high aspect ratio according to one embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to remove an overhang at an pattern top at the same time as deposition and perform the gap-filling to remove a void and a seam by improving bottom-up deposition in a high aspect ratio structure of 40:1 or more.

Abstract: A method for calibrating a chest of a vehicle crash dummy, includes: controlling, under each preset test condition, a pressing apparatus to press down a chest of a target crash dummy with a target pressing speed and a target pressing distance corresponding to the preset test condition, obtaining an actual force-displacement curve under each preset test condition, obtaining a standard force-displacement curve of a chest of a standard crash dummy under each preset test condition, and determining, according to the actual force-displacement curve and the standard force-displacement curve under each preset test condition, whether the chest of the target crash dummy satisfies a biological simulation standard. Through collecting information under various preset test conditions, various complicated conditions of impact on the chest can be more effectively simulated in a crash test by using the method, which improves the accuracy of determining the biological simulation standard.

Abstract: Provided is a printing system with intelligent color-matching, including a storage device, a printing device, and a processing device. The storage device stores a program, a color-matching dataset, and a color-matching model.
