Abstract: Proposed is a mobile router for transmitting and receiving millimeter waves to and from a base station, the mobile router including a first member including an antenna array configured to transmit and receive the millimeter waves, a second member, and an angle adjustment part connecting the first member to the second member, wherein the angle adjustment part is formed such that the first member and the second member are adjusted at a predetermined angle so as to allow the antenna array to transmit and receive the millimeter waves at a specific angle. The first member including the antenna array is configured to be unfolded at a predetermined angle with respect to the second member in order to transmit and receive a 5G millimeter wave beam signal at a specific angle, and thus a user can optimally adjust the transmission/reception sensitivity of 5G millimeter waves.
Abstract: Generating photonic graph states includes positioning a plurality of quantum emitters at a plurality of coupling sites associated with a plurality of cavities and initializing a state of a quantum emitter qubit associated with each of the plurality of quantum emitters. Photonic qubits are transmitted toward the plurality of the quantum emitters a first instance transmission for generating an entangling gate between the photonic qubits and the quantum emitter qubit in order to entangle the quantum emitter qubit and the photonic qubits. Following the first instance transmission, photonic qubits are transmitted toward the plurality of quantum emitters in a one second instance transmission for generating a SWAP gate between the photonic qubits and the quantum emitter qubits to map the quantum emitter qubits to photonic qubits.

Abstract: Safety power disconnection for remote power distribution in power distribution systems is disclosed. The power distribution system includes one or more power distribution circuits each configured to remotely distribute power from a power source over current carrying power conductors to remote units to provide power for remote unit operations. A remote unit is configured to decouple power from the power conductors thereby disconnecting the load of the remote unit from the power distribution system. A current measurement circuit in the power distribution system measures current flowing on the power conductors and provides a current measurement to the controller circuit. The controller circuit is configured to disconnect the power source from the power conductors for safety reasons in response to detecting a current from the power source in excess of a threshold current level indicating a load.

Abstract: Provided herein are low resistance metallization stack structures for logic and memory applications and related methods of fabrication. In some embodiments, thin metal oxynitride or metal nitride nucleation layers are deposited followed by deposition of a pure metal conductor. The nucleation layer is amorphous, which templates large pure metal film grain growth and reduced resistivity. Further, certain embodiments of the methods described below convert most or all of the metal oxynitride nucleation layer to a pure metal layer, further lowering the resistivity.

Abstract: Engineered FnCas9 variants are provided that have an enhanced kinetic activity and a broader PAM recognition. The protein engineering methodology introduced specific mutations that stabilized interaction between Cas9 enzyme and target DNA. The enhanced kinetic activity increases NHEJ-mediated editing, owing to more efficient DSB generation potential than WT FnCas9, and the broadened PAM specificity increases the target range of FnCas9 variants. Thus, the scope and accessibility of CRISPR-Cas9 system targets are widened, along with generating robust and highly specific engineered FnCas9 variants.

Abstract: The disclosed technology includes device, systems, techniques, and methods for amplifying a complex modulated signal with a broadband power amplifier. A broadband power amplifier may include an input network connected a long an input signal path, a driver stage, an interstage matching network stage, a power amplification stage, and a broadband matching output network. The broadband matching output network may include two coupled transmission lines and a compensation line connected between the two coupled transmission lines. Further, the broadband matching output network may include a capacitor connected with a secondary winding and a capacitor connected to each of the primary windings. The disclosed technology further includes transmission systems incorporating the broadband power amplifier.
Abstract: Disclosed are a catalyst component and a catalyst for olefin polymerization, and an olefin polymerization method. The catalyst component comprises magnesium, titanium, a halogen and an internal electron donor, wherein the internal electron donor comprises a monocarboxylic acid ester compound and a diether compound, and the molar ratio of the monocarboxylic acid ester compound to the diether compound is (0.0035-0.7):1. By using the catalyst, a polymer having both a high isotactic index and a high melt flow index can be prepared.

Abstract: A redundant wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) device including a first common port which includes a collimator configured to transmit a first optical beam.
