Abstract: An amino resin film, obtained by at least partial curing of an aminoplastic-nonwoven impregnate having a residual moisture of at least 4.0% by weight, comprising, in each case in relation to the total weight of the aminoplastic-nonwoven impregnate, (a) 5.0% by weight to 95.0% by weight of a partially cured aminoplastic resin and (b) 5.0% by weight to 95.0% by weight of a nonwoven, wherein the nonwoven comprises polyester fibers and polyamide fibers, and wherein the amino resin film has a residual moisture of less than 4.0% by weight.

Abstract: For the manufacture of high pressure laminates, the pressed laminate (4) consisting of a stack of artificial resin impregnated paper sheets is fed into a single daylight hot press. The pressed laminate is held and guided along both longitudinal edges (6) by transfer clamps (7), which are connected to an endless rotating chain (8) and are conveyed on guide tracks (15). The transfer clamps (7) remain closed during the transfer into the single daylight hot press, during the pressing process and during a following cooling process in a cold press.

Abstract: The invention concerns the production of a decorative high-pressure laminate with a surface layer (3) on the surface of which an adhesive primer layer (4) of polyvinyl butyral is applied. The adhesive primer layer (4) enables a lacquer coating to be applied subsequently, so that a lacquer layer optimally suited to the particular application for which the laminate is eventually used can be chosen. The adhesive primer layer (4) can be applied by impregnating a web of paper with melamine resin, dusting the impregnated web with polyvinyl butyral powder while the resin is still wet and then drying. Another way of producing the coat is to apply polyvinyl butyral in alcoholic solution to a web of paper which has been impregnated with melamine resin and dried, and subsequently drying.
Abstract: A built-in sink comprises separate modules, for example, a sink basin and a drainboard, positively connected with each other. Each module is provided with a joining flange, the flanges being held together by a connecting strip. The modules contain overflow spouts along the common edge therebetween. The spouts face one another and empty into a common drain disposed therebelow.
