Abstract: The disclosure relates to a pharmaceutical formulation comprising a nanoparticle composition that provides controlled delivery of one or a combination of therapeutic agents. Additionally, the disclosure relates to a pharmaceutical formulation comprising a plurality of coated nanoparticles, wherein the coated nanoparticle comprises a core particle comprising a solid pharmaceutical agent or salt thereof. The disclosure further relates to methods of treating one or more ophthalmic conditions or diseases comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a disclosed pharmaceutical formulation.
