Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method of performance management utilizing results-based scorecarding. The method associates plan elements, performance indicators, and targets during status publication time points. The performance indicators are indicative of physical activity or objects n a focus on results. The method provides a technique for private and public sector organizations and their managers to meet on-going responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner while providing for greater on-going overall organizational and management transparency and accountability.
