    Abstract: A vehicle geofence system having a plurality of digital license plates and an electronic device wirelessly communicating with the digital license plates. Each of the digital license plates is attached to a vehicle and configured to receive location data. The electronic device is programmed to define a plurality of events for each of the digital license plates, define a geofence boundary, for each of the digital license plates, based on at least one of the events, receive the location data from each of the digital license plates, and determine whether one of the events is triggered based on location of each of the digital license plates and the defined geofence boundary.

The lighting system includes a first light source for generating a first light within a first optical spectrum, a second light source for generating a second light within a second optical spectrum, a first sensor activated when detecting light within the first optical spectrum, and a second sensor activated when detecting light within the second optical spectrum. The lighting system further includes a controller that selectively activates one or more of the first light source and the second light source based on a combination of the first sensor and the second sensor activated. The lighting system also includes a light redistribution element that receives the first light and the second light and directs the first light and the second light toward the display. A showing of the designated information is not disrupted by the second light.

The processor is configured to implement one of three operational modes of the display system based on the speed and state of the vehicle: a first operational mode when no trigger event is identified, the vehicle is on, and the vehicle is at a first speed; a second operational mode when no trigger event is identified and the vehicle is at a second speed different than the first speed; and a third operational mode when the trigger event is identified. The processor is further configured to render content on the display based upon the operational mode.
