  • Patent number: 7677351
Abstract: An electrohydraulic steering system includes a steering unit, triggerable via a user control element, for supplying a steering motor with pressure fluid. As a function of the actuation of the user control element or as a function of an external signal, the steering motor can be supplied with an additional quantity of pressure fluid via a steering valve. A blocking valve is located in the flow path of the additional pressure fluid and can be put in a blocking position in order to block the flow path of the additional pressure fluid to the steering motor.

  • Patent number: 7639051
Abstract: In the case of a measuring device having a sensor supplied from an oscillator for a non-electrical variable and having a circuit arrangement downstream of the sensor for rectifying the output voltage of the sensor, interference pulses, which are superimposed on the output voltage of the movement sensor and are rectified when the output voltage of the movement sensor is rectified, falsify the measurement result. This is particularly true for spiked interference pulses having a high amplitude. In order to reduce such falsifications of the measurement result, the output voltage of the sensor is supplied to a ramp-generating circuit arrangement, in which the mathematical sign of the transmission behavior can be controlled. The mathematical sign of the transmission behavior of the ramp-generating circuit arrangement is controlled by a switching signal, whose flanks correspond to the zero crossings of the output voltage of the sensor.

  • Patent number: 7631663
Abstract: There is disclosed a pilot valve, especially for a servo valve, comprising an actuating motor and a hydraulic preamplifier via which a control pressure difference can be created that acts upon a main slide of a main stage. According to the invention, a blocking mechanism is embodied in the flow path of the control oil. A control duct that is connected, either directly or via a branch, to a control chamber of the main stage can be blocked by manually actuating said blocking mechanism, while the other control duct remains open. The other control duct can be blocked by actuating the blocking mechanism in the opposite direction while the first control duct remains open. A control pressure difference by means of which the main slide can be displaced into a predetermined position can be created manually by actuating said blocking mechanism.

  • Patent number: 7621711
Abstract: What is disclosed is a hydraulic control system for a mobile equipment, in particular for a wheel or backhoe loader, wherein a shovel is linked to a boom. The angular position of the shovel may be kept constant through the intermediary of an orientation control device during a pivoting movement of the boom relative to the axles of the equipment. In accordance with the invention, the orientation control device is realized such that in the event of a change of a pre-set angular position, a control signal is generated through a pilot control device, whereby a shovel control unit may be controlled in such a manner that the shovel is again returned into its predetermined angular position.

  • Patent number: 7607381
Abstract: On a work appliance, an extension arm is held rotatably, and a scoop is held rotatably on the extension arm. Actuation of the extension arm and of the scoop is by means of hydraulic cylinders. Each cylinder is assigned a valve which controls the flow of pressure medium from a pump to the cylinder and from the latter to the tank. A rotational movement of the extension arm is accomplished with the top edge of the scoop maintaining its angular position when the extension arm is being raised or lowered. Valves which control the flow of pressure medium to the cylinders are activated with the ratio of the pressure medium quantities supplied to the cylinders being kept at a constant value independently of the size of the control signal controlling the flow of pressure medium to a cylinder for the actuation of the extension arm.
