Abstract: A solar concentrating lens and receiver operating on azimuth and altitude axes according to the position of the sun and characterized by an array of elongated transparent slats spaced for ventilation and each of prism-lens configuration with a reflective base, for both refractive and reflective focus of heat rays through a narrow slot into a receiver and onto an absorber at a focal plane where heat absorption is into a fluid media within an insulated and vacuumized internally reflective chamber.
