Abstract: Provided is a method for degrading epoxy resins by enzymatic route, in particular by adding an epoxy resin in a solvent followed by treatment with a glutathione S-transferase. A method for recycling a composite material comprising epoxy resin as well as the use of glutathione 5-transferase and eventually para-hydroxybenzoate hydroxylase for degrading epoxy resins are also provided.

Abstract: The present invention aims a new diesel composition comprising a diesel fuel and from 0.01 to 0.8% by volume of a glycerol acetal or ketal. The new diesel composition shows a higher cetane number and better lubricity performances compared to known diesel compositions.
Abstract: The present invention aims a new fragrance composition comprising a fragrance compound and a solvent or carrier, wherein at least 10% by weight based on the total weight of solvent and carrier of the fragrance composition is one or more specific low vapor pressure volatile organic compound (VOC). The new fragrance composition is particularly well adapted to air care devices like wicking or electrical systems (plug-in, reed diffusers . . . ).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for providing resistance to phenolic yellowing, during storage, transportation and processing of polyamide articles, caused by the presence of phenolic compounds in plastic package materials. The phenolic yellowing resistance is obtained by adding a sulfonated reagent during polymerization of the polyamide and/or during the formation of the polyamide article, like melt-spinning extrusion, and/or during the conversion of the polyamide article by texturizing.
