Patent number: 7057197Abstract: The invention relates to the contactless measurement of a linear textile formation such as yarn, thread, textile fiber, sliver, etc. in which a linear textile formation moves in a radiation flux between a radiation source and a radiation sensor consisting of a plurality of radiation-sensitive elements arranged next to each other in at least one row and in which the diameter and/or the hairiness and/or the density of the linear textile formation is determined on the basis of the number of overshadowed radiation-sensitive elements of the radiation sensor and/or on the basis of the irradiation degree of the radiation-sensitive elements.Type: GrantFiled: October 31, 2001Date of Patent: June 6, 2006Assignee: Rieter CZ a.s.Inventor: Miroslav Stusak

Publication number: 20040173701Abstract: To crush products and/or semi-manufactured products of plastic material, for example polypropylene comprising fiberglass or another armoring fiber or from a non-armored plastic material, a supporting frame of a crushing device has a shared space for a first crushing section including a pair of parallel first crushing rolls each fitted with teeth and a second crushing section including a pair of parallel second crushing rolls fitted with teeth. The second section is positioned below the first section and the axes of the second crush rolls of the second crushing section are in the floor projection positioned approximately perpendicular to the axes of the first crush rolls of the first crushing section. The shared space is interconnected with a vacuum source through a filtering device. A feed hopper has a crushed material conveyor.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 4, 2004Publication date: September 9, 2004Applicant: Rieter CZ a.s.Inventors: Jiri Appeltauer, Miroslav Lipensky, Jaroslav Hajek

Patent number: 6606847Abstract: A method of spinning-in yarn on an operating unit of a rotor spinning machine includes steps of yarn preparation for spinning-in, steps of spinning rotor preparation for spinning-in, and final spinning-in steps. The final spinning-in steps include at least the beginning of the sliver supply to the singling-out device, leading of the fibers from the singling-out device away from the spinning rotor for a predetermined time interval, letting the spinning-in yarn end get into contact with the collecting groove of the spinning rotor, and starting of the yarn draw-off and winding. At least some final spinning-in steps are time synchronized in relation to the closing of the spinning unit thus obtaining optimum piecer quality repeatedly at all operating units of the machine.Type: GrantFiled: July 23, 2001Date of Patent: August 19, 2003Assignee: Rieter CZ A.S.Inventors: Josef Ludví{haeck over (c)}ek, Pavel Kousalik, Jaroslav Markl, Tomá{haeck over (s)} Tesa{haeck over (r)}
