Patents Assigned to Rieter Deutschland GmbH
  • Patent number: 5816039
Abstract: A method and device of cleaning the rotor (6) of a rotor spinning machine are provided in which, after the opening of a spinning unit, there are sucked off from the rotor (6) fibres and impurities being released from the inner surface of the rotor by pressure air applied to said inner surface. The cleaning pressure air is led into the rotor (6) in at least two air streams producing in the rotor (6) a symmetrical streaming in one and the same direction and the supplied air, together with the released impurities, is sucked off through the centre of the inlet aperture (63) of the rotor (6).

  • Patent number: 5669215
Abstract: An attending device of a textile machine, in particular of a rotor spinning machine, is provided having pneumatic pressure means intended to attend a working place and being disengageably connected to an overpressure source, and having underpressure pneumatic means disengageably connected to an underpressure source. The underpressure source and the overpressure source are made as a pneumatic generator situated on the attending device, and a closed filter of impurities mounted on the attending device is inserted before the air inlet into the pneumatic generator.

  • Patent number: 4416041
Abstract: The invention concerns a method of threading in a thread (1) into a texturing nozzle (2) known as such, and an apparatus for implementing the method. The texturing nozzle is brought from a working position (A) into a threading-in position (B) for threading-in, in which position a treatment chamber (13) provided with slots (12) and located upstream from the outlet opening (14) of the texturing nozzle is subject to a vacuum for sucking in a thread brought to a position in front of the inlet opening (44) of the texturing nozzle. The apparatus for implementing the method comprises a duct (19, 32, 32a, 41, 41a), which can be tilted open, for taking up substantially sealingly against the surrounding atmosphere the treatment chamber (13) of the texturing nozzle (2) provided with slots (12), as well as for taking up a suction device (18, 40) sucking the thread (1) through the texturing nozzle (2).

  • Patent number: 4299011
Abstract: A card is equipped behind the doffer roll (7) with a pair of delivery rolls (8, 8a) for the web (9) provided each with a stationary grazing blade (12, 12a) for seed particles or similar impurities. Between the nip line K of the delivery rolls (8, 8a) and the grazing blades (12) of the delivery roll (8) a web deflecting roll (15) is supported rotatably and drivable in the same rotational direction as the delivery roll (8). The web deflecting device (15) is arranged of, but in the vicinity of, the normal free web exit path (9a) and brings a web (9b) possibly clinging to the delivery roll (8) and carried on thereon back to the normal web exit path (9a) and separates the web (9b) from impurities on the cylindrical surface. The impurities are only subsequently mechanically eliminated by the grazing blade (12), in such manner that the cleaning operation for the delivery roll (8) is effected in two subsequent separate cleaning steps.

  • Patent number: 4223422
Abstract: A turntable for the deposition of a fiber sliver into a spinning can comprising a sliver duct and calender rolls arranged, viewed in the direction of material flow, after the sliver duct and circling or orbiting therewith. Each calender roll is provided with a rotational axis which is arranged substantially parallel to the rotational axis of the turntable. The rotational axes of the calender rolls and the rotational axis of the turntable can be arranged for instance at least substantially in one plane.
