The system can be linked to the patient, doctors, insurers, pharmacies, and the like, via network communication protocols and techniques. The system can include a medication reservoir section and a medication dispensing section. The medication reservoir section includes one or more rotatable medication reservoirs. The system includes software configured to process and facilitate dispensing, treatments, data, monitoring, notifications, and trials, including treatment of specific medical conditions.
