Patents Assigned to RINGFEDER POWER TRANSMISSION GMBH
  • Patent number: 9624982
Abstract: A hollow shaft coupling for connecting a shaft to a hollow shaft, where the hollow shaft coupling can be arranged completely in the hollow shaft and can effect clamping both radially inwardly as well as radially outwardly. The coupling enables a first clamping unit to clamp the hollow shaft coupling radially inwardly against the shaft and a second clamping unit which is separate from the first clamping unit to clamp the hollow shaft coupling radially outwardly against the inner circumferential surface of the hollow shaft, with the two clamping units spaced apart from one another axially, and the two clamping units connected to one another via a play-free and rotationally stable coupling which is arranged between them.

  • Patent number: 9206857
Abstract: A compensating torque-transmitting coupling has a tubular base body extending in a longitudinal direction along a center axis and formed in one piece of an intermediate region and a pair of end regions longitudinally flanking the intermediate region. The intermediate region is of greater inside diameter and smaller outside diameter than the end regions and is formed with a plurality of angularly spaced transversely extending slots also spaced in the longitudinal direction. The slots each extend radially from an outer surface to an inner surface of the tubular base body. An elastomeric body filling each of the transverse slots.

  • Patent number: 9059627
Abstract: The invention relates to a permanent magnet coupling for the synchronous transmission of torque, comprising a first member (1) having permanent magnets (4a, 4b) and a second member (2), the members being designed as inner rotor and outer rotors and separated by an air gap (3) extending between the members (1, 2), wherein the members (1, 2) are coupled to enable a synchronous movement by forces generated by the permanent magnets (4a, 4b) by the interaction with the second member (2), wherein the first member (1) comprises a first group of permanent magnets (4a) having magnetizing directions parallel to the air gap (3) and a second group of permanent magnets (4b) having magnetizing directions perpendicular to the air gap (3), wherein the permanent magnets (4a, 4b) of the first group and of the second group of the first member (1) are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction, and wherein, as viewed in the circumferential direction, the consecutive permanent magnets (4a) of the first group and the co

  • Publication number: 20130170903
Abstract: A shrink disc is provided for the force-fit respectively friction-fit interconnecting of a shaft and a hollow shaft or the like having an interior compression ring (2), the outer circumferential surface of which has at least one conical surface (4), and at least one outer pressure ring (3) which in turn has at least one radially outward winding (10) consisting of a band and the inner circumferential surface of which comprises a conical surface (5) cooperating with the conical surface (4) of the compression ring (2) so that the compression ring (2) is compressed when axially tensioned. To manufacture the winding (10), the band is wrapped around the pressure ring (3) under tensile stress. This thus achieves being able to subject the shrink disc to higher loads.
