Abstract: A collapsible cart assembly having a framework with two brackets. The two brackets have first arms, second arms and third arms. A rear leg frame section is rigidly affixed to the first arms. A front leg frame section that is pivotably connected to the second arms. A handle frame section is pivotably connected to the third arms of the brackets. Slides are disposed on the rear leg frame section. A first set of linkages connect the slides to the front leg frame section. A second set of linkages connect the slides to the handle frame section. The slides and linkages move the front leg frame the handle frame between an open configuration and a closed configuration.

Abstract: A folding chair assembly with an improved folding mechanism. The folding chair assembly has a backrest structure, a seat structure, and an armrest structure that are all made from shaped tube forms. The tube form of the armrest structure is attached to the tube form of the backrest structure with a pivot connection. The tube form of the armrest structure is also attached to the tube form of the seat structure at a pivot connection. A slotted linkage is provided that extends between the tube form of the backrest and the tube form of the seat. The slotted linkage is pivotably connected to either the backrest structure or to the seat structure. The slotted linkage defines a slot. The slot engages a fixed pin on either the seat structure or the backrest structure. The fixed pin reciprocally moves within the slot as the folding chair assembly is manipulated.

Abstract: An armrest assembly for use on a folding chair. The armrest assembly has a molded plastic body with a top surface and an underside. The armrest assembly is provided with a phone holder construct that amplifies sounds produced by a cell phone. An access opening is formed in the top surface of the armrest. A receptacle for holding the cell phone is positioned under the access opening. The receptacle has a base that is smaller than the access opening. Side walls extend from the access opening to the base, therein creating a tapered construct capable of amplifying sounds generated within the receptacle by the cell phone. Protrusions are formed on the base of the receptacle. The protrusions support the cell phone in the receptacle and prevent the speakers of the cell phone from becoming muffled by directly contacting the base within the receptacle.

Abstract: A folding chair assembly having a seat framework and a backrest framework arranged in an X-frame arrangement. The backrest framework is joined to the seat framework at pivot joints. The seat framework and the backrest framework can move about the pivot joints between an open configuration and a folded configuration. Frame extensions are provided that are joined to the backrest frame with hinge joints. The hinge joints enable the frame extensions to be folded about the hinge joints between a first position, where said frame extensions abut against the backrest framework, and a second position, where the frame extensions extend away from the backrest framework and increase its effective length.

Abstract: An armrest assembly for use on a folding chair. The armrest assembly has a molded plastic body with a top surface and an underside. A leg joint receptacle is present on the underside of the molded plastic body. The leg joint receptacle has two parallel walls, wherein a leg joint from the folding chair is received between the two parallel walls. A bottle opener is provided. The bottle opener has a base and a head section that extends from the base. The base is mounted to the underside of the molded plastic body, wherein the base directly contacts a wall of the leg joint receptacle. The wall of the leg joint receptacle reinforces the bottle opener, therein accommodating the significant forces that are transferred through the bottle opener when the bottle opener is used to open a bottle.

Abstract: A collapsible seat includes a seat bottom, a back support, and armrests, all interconnected for movement between an operative, or set-up, condition and a collapsed, or bundled, condition. The seat bottom comprises first and second portions interconnected together and foldable into generally parallel relationship with one another associated with the collapsed condition of the seat. The back support is pivotally disposed relative to the seat bottom such that, in the seat's set-up condition, the back support extends generally upwardly from a rear portion of the seat bottom and is capable of pivotal movement relative to the seat bottom for collapsing the seat to its collapsed condition. The armrests are located on the outer edges of the seat bottom when the seat is in its set-up condition, and are pivotally connected with the first and second seat bottom portions, respectively, for movement relative thereto during set-up and collapsing of the seat.

Abstract: A folding lounge chair that is selectively configurable between an open configuration and a folded configuration. The folding lounge chair has a seat section, a backrest section, and a leg support section. A first leg assembly and a second leg assembly are both pivotably connected to the seat section. The two leg assemblies are folded into a common plane that is flush against the seat section when the lounge chair is in its folded configuration. Shoulder straps are anchored to the seat section. The shoulder straps can be selectively opened between ends. This enables the shoulder straps to pass over the leg assemblies when in the folded configuration and pass under both the leg assemblies when the folding lounge chair is in the open configuration.

Abstract: A portable and collapsible table structure comprises a tabletop, a table frame, and a plurality of folding legs pivotally attached to the table frame. The tabletop is independently collapsed to a bundled condition, for example, by folding or rolling. Similarly, the table frame and the folding legs are collapsed so as to minimize the amount of space taken up by the collapsed and bundled table frame and legs. The bundled tabletop and the collapsed table frame and legs can be further bundled or packed together for transport and/or storage. The table frame comprises adjustable members that permit the size and footprint of the table frame to be expanded to multiple usable table sizes without compromising the size of the collapsed and bundled table. The folding legs may be adjustable to reduce the size taken up by the legs in the compressed and bundled condition of the table.
