Abstract: A shoe and shoe ornamenting device is shown. The shoe is shown in an exemplary embodiment, depicted as a preferred loafer having attachment points for attachment of a shoe ornamenting device thereto. The attachment points preferably comprise a loop of material that serves as a point of connection for the shoe ornamenting device. A replaceable band is secured to a first shackle and a second shackle, the shackles being removably secured, respectively, to loops of material at each bridge end of the shoe, using a fastener, such as a pin, which secures the shackle to a loop.
