  • Patent number: 10371520
Abstract: The present invention relates to a gyroscope sensor for detecting a rotational motion about a sensitivity axis and comprising means for quadrature compensation. The gyroscope sensor comprises a total inertial mass comprising a first inertial mass and a second inertial mass physically attached to each other and arranged such that a rotation of the first inertial mass about a detection axis caused by the coriolis force when the gyroscope sensor is subjected to a rotation about a sensitivity axis. The gyroscope further comprises a first drive structure having a displaceable drive frame which may cause a respective of the first or second inertial mass to rotate about the detection axis in order to compensate for quadrature errors originating from faulty coupling between a drive mode and a sense mode of the gyroscope sensor.

  • Patent number: 10211385
Abstract: The present invention provides thermoelectric device comprising a first electrode, a second electrode, a first electrolyte composition capable of transporting cations, a second electrolyte composition capable of transporting anions and a connector comprising mobile cations and mobile anions, wherein the first electrolyte composition is connected to said first electrode by being in ionic contact and the second electrolyte composition is connected to said second electrode by being in ionic contact and said connector is in ionic contact with said first and said second electrolyte composition, such that an applied temperature difference over said electrolyte compositions or an applied voltage over said electrodes facilitate transport of ions to and/or from said electrodes via said electrolyte compositions. There is also provided a method for generating electric current and a method for generating a temperature difference.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a gyroscope sensor (102) for detecting a rotational motion about a sensitivity axis (104) and comprising means for quadrature compensation. The gyroscope sensor comprises a total inertial mass (105) comprising a first inertial mass (106) and a second inertial mass (108) physically attached to each other and arranged such that a rotation of the first inertial mass about a detection axis caused by the coriolis force when the gyroscope sensor is subjected to a rotation about a sensitivity axis. The gyroscope further comprises a first drive structure having a displaceable drive frame which may cause a respective of the first or second inertial mass to rotate about the detection axis in order to compensate for quadrature errors originating from faulty coupling between a drive mode and a sense mode of the gyroscope sensor.

  • Publication number: 20170268879
Abstract: A sensor is disclosed for detecting a rotational motion about a resulting sensitivity axis. The sensor includes at least two dual mass gyroscope units, each of the gyroscope units are adapted to detect a rotational motion about a sensitivity axis of the respective gyroscope unit. The sensitivity axes being parallel to each other and to the resulting sensitivity axis. The gyroscope units are interconnected at the inertial masses of the gyroscope units which cause the gyroscope unit to operate synchronously.

  • Patent number: 9709867
Abstract: There is disclosed an electrochromic passive-matrix display, wherein each passively addressed pixel cell comprises an electrolyte ionically connecting an electrochromic and electrochemically active polymer and a layer of electrically conducting carbon. Thus, each pixel has a pronounced threshold voltage sufficient for reducing cross talk in an electrochromic display.

  • Patent number: 9701765
Abstract: A method of manufacturing at least one customized MIP unit including: (a) providing at least one MIP unit having a surface including at least one target binding site configured to resemble a target molecule and surface-bound chargeable groups; (b) contacting the MIP unit(s) from the step (a) with at least one template molecule in a first solvent allowing the template molecule(s) to bind to the MIP unit(s); (c) passivating the surface-bound chargeable groups on the MIP unit(s) by adding a passivating agent; and (d) removing the template molecule(s) by washing in a second solvent, wherein the passivating agent binds to the surface of the unit(s) through bonds which remain stable upon washing in the second solvent.
