The memory includes one or more programs comprising instructions for transmitting one or more data packets over a network to one or more mobile user devices, the one or more data packets including identification information for a user; authenticating the user based on the identification information; monitoring actions of the user, wherein monitoring includes adding occurrence events and corresponding locations to a data base; and predicting a future action of the user based on the monitored actions.
