Abstract: In general, certain embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods and systems for a building-integrated communication system. The system comprises a building, one or more processors, and memory. The memory includes one or more programs comprising instructions for transmitting one or more data packets over a network to one or more mobile user devices, the one or more data packets including identification information for a user; authenticating the user based on the identification information; monitoring actions of the user, wherein monitoring includes adding occurrence events and corresponding locations to a data base; and predicting a future action of the user based on the monitored actions.
