Abstract: A device for treating a dental implant in-situ, the device including a shaft, and a plurality of machining tools attached to the shaft at a location between the ends of the shaft, tips of the machining tools arranged to rotate around a longitudinal axis of the shaft when the shaft rotates. A guide for a device for treating a dental implant in-situ, the guide including a first portion shaped as a cylinder, and a second portion with a diameter small enough to fit into a hole in a center of a dental implant, wherein a longitudinal axis of the cylinder of the first portion is concentric with a longitudinal axis of the second portion.
