  • Patent number: 7784889
Abstract: A switchgear cabinet with a rack and/or panel elements, wherein a mounting plate can be attached to an interior of the switchgear cabinet. A lower edge of the mounting plate has sliding elements, wherein one or several spacing elements are fastened on a rear panel element and/or on rear parts of the rack, by which the mounting plate is supported in the mounting position. The mounting plate can provide fastening receivers in the area of the lower edge and the upper edge which, in the installation position of the mounting plate, cooperate with fastening elements of the lower and upper contact elements and fix the mounting plate rigidly in place. With sliding elements supported on the bottom or the cover plate and fastening elements at the spacing elements and fastening receivers on the mounting plate, an installation without sliding rails is possible, wherein the switchgear cabinet can be installed facing the attachment area with the bottom plate or the cover plate.

  • Patent number: 7775061
Abstract: A unit arrangement having a receiving housing, in particular a switchgear cabinet, in an interior of which electrical units are accommodated and having a cooling device which is in air-conducting communication with the interior of the receiving housing via at least one air inlet and at least one blower aperture, and a cooling operation monitoring device. A requirement-orientated control of the cooling operation is possible when the cooling operation monitoring device has an inlet temperature sensor which measures a temperature of the air to be cooled which is supplied to the cooling unit via the air inlet. An outlet temperature sensor measures a temperature of the cooled air which is supplied to the interior of the receiving housing via the blower aperture. A computing unit of the cooling operation monitoring device determines a temperature difference between the temperature measured by the inlet temperature sensor and the outlet temperature sensor.

  • Patent number: 7770351
Abstract: A housing with a front frame which covers a housing opening, wherein the front frame is assembled from four frame legs and four corner elements. The corner elements connect the frame legs which meet each other at right angles at the corner elements, with each other. The corner elements can have two walls, extending at right angles in relation to each other, with fastening receivers for screw connections with screw receptacles in the front faces of the frame legs of the front frame. The outsides of these walls facing the frame legs have plug-in and/or snap-in elements, which can be introduced and/or snapped into the plug-in and/or snap-in receptacles of the frame legs. The walls are connected with an outer wall and a rear wall, which complete the outside and rear of the front frame, a simple assembly of the front frame and the rear wall or the basic housing structure is achieved.

  • Patent number: 7559209
Abstract: A liquid cooling system having cooling units individually assigned to electronic component groups housed in a rack or a switchgear cabinet, which are to be cooled, and having a monitoring and control arrangement for monitoring a cooling temperature. Effective cooling and temperature monitoring is obtained because the cooling units are liquid cooling units and are connected via branch points to a common central liquid line system integrated into the rack or the switchgear cabinet. The control and monitoring arrangement is for monitoring the cooling temperature in the central liquid line system and for emitting an error signal when a predetermined or a predeterminable threshold temperature in a liquid return branch is exceeded, or when a predetermined or predeterminable threshold temperature difference between a temperature in an inlet branch and a temperature in the return branch is exceeded, or when the liquid flow falls below a predetermined or predeterminable threshold value.
