Abstract: A fuel cell electrode protective layer forming method is disclosed. The method includes forming primary defects in a carbon-based protective layer material via a formation step. The primary defects are configured to transport fuel cell products and/or reactants representing a transported portion of a total fuel cell products and/or reactants. The difference between the total fuel cell products and/or reactants and the transported portion is an untransported portion. The method further includes activating secondary defects in the carbon-based protective layer material via an activation step. The secondary defects are configured to transport a portion of the untransported portion of the total fuel cell reactants and/or products. The activation step is different than the formation step.

  • Patent number: 12013968
Abstract: A method and system are disclosed for anonymizing data for labeling and development purposes. A data storage backend has a database of non-anonymous data that is received from a data source. An anonymization engine of the data storage backend generates anonymized data by removing personally identifiable information from the non-anonymous data. These anonymized data are made available to human labelers who manually provide labels based on the anonymized data using a data labeling tool. These labels are then stored in association with the corresponding non-anonymous data, which can then be used for training one or more machine learning models. In this way, non-anonymous data having personally identifiable information can be manually labelled for development purposes without exposing the personally identifiable information to any human labelers.

  • Patent number: 12012087
Abstract: Examples herein include a brake hydraulic pressure control device and a brake hydraulic pressure control method capable of preventing a rear wheel of a saddle-type vehicle from lifting. The brake hydraulic pressure control device of a saddle-type vehicle is configured to execute anti-lock brake control and determine an opening time of one opening of a hydraulic pressure adjusting valve, and control the hydraulic pressure adjusting valve to repeatedly open for the opening time and close a main flow path, causing a brake fluid to flow from a master cylinder to a wheel cylinder. A pressure of the brake fluid in the wheel cylinder is increased after a decrease in the pressure of the brake fluid in the wheel cylinder during the anti-lock brake control. The opening time is determined according to the pressure of the brake fluid in the master cylinder and the input gradient of the brake lever.
