    Abstract: Apparatus for withdrawing motor oil from the crankcase of an internal combustion engine comprising a rigid, fluid-tight receptacle, a vacuum line connecting the receptacle to a source of vacuum, a check valve in the vacuum line for preventing backflow of gas therethrough, a portable inlet probe for insertion through the oil dipstick tube into the crankcase of the internal combustion engine, a suction line connecting the inlet probe to said receptacle, a control valve on said suction line for selectively opening and closing the suction line, and sheath forming means projecting into the interior of the receptacle for receiving and storing the inlet probe when not in use.
