Abstract: A system and method for attorney-client privileged digital evidence capture, analysis and collaboration is presented herein. In particular, the system and method facilitates the capturing and analysis of evidentiary digital images, audio, video or audiovisual files (“Evidence”) via smart phones, cameras, digital recording devices, personal computers, connected Internet of Things (IoT) devices and other networked machines capable of capturing digital images, audio, video or audiovisual recordings and data by verified people, devices and machines. The system and method further facilitates secure, attorney-client privileged information, storage, communication and collaboration with respect to such evidence, and allows access and collaboration by authorized third parties with permission.
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments may include systems and methods for the creation of self-executing smart contract computer programs (“Smart Contracts”) recorded on one or more blockchains as “on chain” contracts comprising machine extracted terms from non-blockchain recorded (“off chain”) digital contracts. Disclosed systems include means of conversion of fiat currencies to cryptographically generated and unique tokens (“crypto-tokens”) at a pre-set market exchange rate that does not fluctuate after the initial exchange and until directly exchanged back to the original fiat currency. Disclosed systems facilitate automated digital performance of the payment terms of off-chain contracts via on-chain smart contracts and crypto-tokens. Upon the performance of an on-chain self executing smart contract, the system will automatically release crypto-tokens or other consideration that is either held in escrow or held by an interested party.

Abstract: Systems and methods for writing, changing, authenticating and signing web-based documents use an interactive questionnaire methodology and various databases to obtain document content, confirmation of the finality of a proposed document and participant identity verification. Multiple databases may be accessed and/or created to triangulate or otherwise confirm that a purported party to be bound by a legal instrument is the same party adding information to the document and that all parties to be bound by a contract have signed the same final version of the contract. Disclosed embodiments allow participants to change the terms of a proposed agreement that has been signed by others. A modified proposed agreement may be signed by the amending party and then offered to all interested parties.

Abstract: A computer implemented legal relationship manager tracks documents, provisions, public filings, address books, social media information, personal and business activities and produces a plurality of online interview interfaces to gather information for a user knowledge database. A relationship manager subsystem accepts information from the user knowledge database and produces analysis, including charts and graphs and other useful displays to help users with their legal circumstances. A recommendation engine produces recommendations for third party products and further actions within the system.
Abstract: Computer network systems and related methods enable interactive legal document assembly by one or more persons working independently or collectively. The disclosed system facilitates optional lawyer engagements, attorney representations, review of documents, finalization of documents and nonjudicial dispute resolution in the event of disputes.
