Publication number: 20250065464Abstract: The invention relates to a measurement body for checking geometric deviations in a 3-axis machine tool comprising a base plate, a first wall which protrudes perpendicularly from the base plate, a second wall which protrudes perpendicularly from the base plate and is arranged perpendicularly to the first wall. A first row of holes and a second row of holes are formed in the base plate. The first wall is a stepped triangle and comprises a step-shaped region having a plurality of steps, on an upper, exposed region. The second wall is a square wall and comprises a first row of wall holes on an upper, exposed region which extends in parallel with the base plate. The first row of holes is arranged in parallel with the row of step holes and the second row of holes is arranged in parallel with the first row of wall holes.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 8, 2024Publication date: February 27, 2025Applicant: Röders GmbHInventor: André BREITZKE

Patent number: 5575095Abstract: A chair, in particular a work or office chair, having a seat that is pivotal toward the front of the seat about a horizontal pivot axis. The seat is variable in inclination and has a backrest that is overproportionately variable in inclination as a function of the change in inclination of the seat. With increasing inclination of the seat, the backrest follows an additional relative motion with respect to a backrest end of the seat. Pivot levers are positioned to support arms of the chair frame on both sides of the seat. The free ends of the pivot levers are fixedly and non-rotatably attached to the backrest for support. The seat is rotatably connected to the pivot levers approximately in its middle region. The desired relative motions between the seat, seat back and chair frame can be accomplished and varied solely by means of the connection between the seat, the backrest, pivot levers which serve as arm supports or armrests, and the chair frame.Type: GrantFiled: December 27, 1993Date of Patent: November 19, 1996Assignees: Roeder GmbH, Hartmut S. Patent number: 5308144Abstract: A chair, in particular a work or office chair, the seat of which is variable in inclination and is pivotal in the forward region about a horizontal pivot shaft. A backrest is mandatorily, disproportionately variable in inclination as a function of the change in seat inclination. With increasing inclination of the seat, the backrest approaches the rear end of the seat. The pivot shaft of the seat is limitedly adjustable both downward and toward the backrest on the bearing block of the chair pedestal. The seat is pivotally connected to pivot levers, one end of each of which is fixedly attached and nonrotatably with respect to the backrest and the other end of each of which is rotatably supported on the bearing block. Synchronous motion with relative motion between the seat and backrest is achieved with an adjustment mechanism disposed only beneath the seat.Type: GrantFiled: July 15, 1991Date of Patent: May 3, 1994Assignee: Roeder GmbHInventor: Heinrich Korn

Patent number: 5193880Abstract: A chair, in particular a work or office chair, having a backrest rod adjustable in inclination with respect to a seat and a backrest slidable thereon, which can be displaced with an adjustment device when the backrest rod is tilted backward in the direction of the seat. The adjustment device has a single knee lever which is pivotally seated around a horizontal pivot axis on a bracket supporting the seat or on a seat support on the bracket. The tilt of the bracket or the seat support can be adjusted. An extension of the backrest is flexibly connected with one end of the arm of the knee lever. One end of another lever arm of the knee lever is pivotal with a retaining bolt of the backrest rod or the seat support in such a way that during backward tilt of the backrest rod or lowering of the seat support, the one lever arm of the knee lever displaces the extension and the backrest in a direction toward the bracket or the seat support.Type: GrantFiled: August 28, 1990Date of Patent: March 16, 1993Assignee: Roeder GmbHInventors: Siegfried Keusch, Gunter Kratz

Patent number: 5100200Abstract: A chair, in particular a work or office chair, having a backrest rod which can be adjustably tilted with respect to a seat and a backrest displaceable thereon by means of a slider. When tilted back, the slider is slidable with respect to the backrest rod, in a direction of the seat with a displacement device. The backrest is connected with a cradle which is displaceable over a predetermined displacement path and lockable in several positions with respect to the slider. The displacement device has only a single toggle joint seated pivotally around a horizontal pivot shaft on a pillow block supporting the seat or a seat support which is adjustable in inclination towards the pillow block. An extension of the backrest is flexibly connected with a lever end of one lever arm of the toggle joint.Type: GrantFiled: August 20, 1990Date of Patent: March 31, 1992Assignee: Roeder GmbHInventors: Siegfried Keusch, Gunter Kratz

Patent number: 5071189Abstract: A chair with an automatic adjustment feature includes a seat coupled by engaging links to a plurality of support arms for relative pivoting and translational movement with respect to such arms. The seat has an upwardly extending rear extension connected to the back rest by an adjusting element. A pivot lever is disposed at either side of the seat, each lever having a first end pivotably pinned to a support arm, a second end attached to the back rest and a hinge pin disposed intermediate such ends and coupling the pivot lever to the seat. The element is of the self-adjusting type for permitting relative linear movement between the rear extension and the back rest while yet preventing bending movement between such extension and such back rest. The positional relationship of the rear extension and the back rest to one another is automatically adjusted as the chair is moved between an upright position and a reclining position.Type: GrantFiled: October 31, 1990Date of Patent: December 10, 1991Assignee: Roeder GmbHInventor: Gunter Kratz

Patent number: 4988145Abstract: A functional chair is described the backrest of which can be pivoted relative to the seat and in which the seat can also be lowered in the region of the front edge. For this purpose at least one lowering lever is provided which is mounted on the one hand relative to the seat and on the other hand relative to a fixed axle of the frame and which is adjustably connected, via a transmission for movement in the opposite direction, to a link which is connected with the backrest and is likewise pivotally mounted on a fixed axle of the frame.Type: GrantFiled: June 6, 1989Date of Patent: January 29, 1991Assignee: Roeder GmbH SitzmoebelwerkeInventor: Hartmut S.
