    Abstract: A device is disclosed to improve the accuracy of a sport participant in the throwing or kicking of a ball. The device consists of a loop defining an opening through which the ball passes, a stand and a curved, rocking base. The base allows the device to oscillate, thereby providing a moving target to more accurately simulate actual playing conditions.
