    Abstract: A tap for cutting threads in a hole which comprises a semi-circular tap body with threads cut in the circular surface extending to a diametrical surface. Modified embodiments include a rake angle at the cutting ends of the tap threads and a drill point to allow the device to serve as a drill and tap.
