Patent number: 9896264Abstract: [Problem] Provided is a freight rack that improves rigidity for supporting freight and also allows pillars and a freight mounting frame to be folded or erected on a base member without use of a machine such as a forklift. [Solution] On a base member (10), two sets of portal supports (30), (40), in which right and left pillars (31), (41) and a horizontal member (32), (42) are coupled to each other, stand with an interval in a front and rear direction, where the horizontal member is vertically shiftable along the pillars and fixed to the pillars at a selected height. A freight mounting frame (20) is supported by the horizontal member (42) of one portal support (40) so as to be rotatable in a vertical plane, and is also placed on the horizontal member (32) of the other portal support (30) so as to be movable in the front and rear direction.Type: GrantFiled: June 20, 2014Date of Patent: February 20, 2018Assignee: ROKKO ENGINEERING CO., LTD.Inventors: Mamoru Omuta, Yukio Hanashiro

Patent number: 9790023Abstract: To provide a preferable container-connecting fitting with which it is possible to anchor a container using a cable, a connecting fitting is, at a part thereof, fitted into non-circular hole in the container and is connected to the cable. The fitting has a shaft part to be inserted into the hole in the container. One end side of the shaft part is provided with a first flange which can pass through the hole only when positioned at a specific angle about the center line of the shaft part, and the other side of the shaft part is provided with a second flange that is too large to pass through the hole. Further, a cable connecting part is mounted on an opposite side where the first flange is present, the second flange being interposed therebetween, so as to be able to rotate, about the center line of the shaft part.Type: GrantFiled: April 1, 2011Date of Patent: October 17, 2017Assignee: ROKKO ENGINEERING CO. Publication number: 20160368706Abstract: To provide a preferable container-connecting fitting with which it is possible to anchor a container using a cable such as a rope, a belt, and a wire and to prevent the cable from being disengaged from the container when the cable is used at any angle. A connecting fitting 10 is, at a part thereof, fitted into a non-circular hole 2 in a container 1, and is connected to a cable 3. The container-connecting fitting 10 has a shaft part 11 to be inserted into the hole 2. One end side of the shaft part 11 is provided with a first flange 12 which can pass through the hole 2 only when positioned at a specific angle about the center line of the shaft part 11, and the other side of the shaft part 11 is provided with a second flange 13 that is too large to pass through the hole 2.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 1, 2011Publication date: December 22, 2016Applicant: ROKKO ENGINEERING CO., LTD.Inventor: MAMORU OMUTA

Patent number: 7069738Abstract: A tank is provided which can store, while cooling, drinks or other liquids, such as milk, having a storage temperature close to 0.degree. C. or below. A cooling tank (1) can be mounted on a truck or the like for transportation, while storing and cooling milk. It is characterized in that brine (antifreeze solution) which has a freezing point below 0.degree. C. is cooled in a cooling unit (34) and allowed to pass, without stagnation, along fluid passages in flow guide members (14, 18) installed on the wall surface of the tank body (10). The cooling unit (34) preferably has an evaporator in a heat pump type refrigerator (30) for example, which uses a refrigerant for cooling the brine. Since the brine with a freezing point below 0.degree. C. is used, a large-sized water tank for cooling becomes unnecessary, and further since the brine will flow without stagnation, the liquid inside the tank body can be effectively cooled.Type: GrantFiled: April 24, 2002Date of Patent: July 4, 2006Assignee: Rokko Engineering Co., LTDInventors: Mamoru Omuta, Osamu Tabuchi, Jung Chun Li
