  • Patent number: 11830465
Abstract: To provide an electronic wind instrument capable of accurately detecting the amount of rotation of a transmission member. An electronic wind instrument whereby contact with an optical sensor by a flat surface of a rear section can be suppressed even when at least a prescribed amount of a reed is bitten, as a result of the flat surface rotating in a direction away from the optical sensor when the rear section of the transmission member rotates in conjunction with displacement of the reed. As a result, the spacing between the facing flat surface and the optical sensor can be set comparatively narrowly in the initial state and the detection sensitivity at the optical sensor increased, thereby enabling accurate detection of the rotation amount of the transmission member (the amount of the reed that is bitten).

Abstract: By limiting deformation of an upper cover part 41 toward an inner peripheral side through catching between an outer peripheral surface of a bent part 21b and a stopper 46 or by forming an interval between a sensor installation part 21d and the upper cover part 41 to gradually increase from the inner peripheral side toward an outer peripheral side, at the time of being struck from a lateral direction, the upper cover part 41 and the lateral cover part 42 are suppressed from contacting an outer edge of the sensor installation part 21d. Thus, since the protrusion 45 is easily pressed to the edge sensor 5, the sensitivity of the edge sensor 5 with respect to the striking from the lateral direction can be facilitated.

  • Patent number: 11776511
Abstract: Provided is a keyboard device that can suppress a reduction in the operability of a key. A rear guiding member comprises a pair of guiding surfaces that, in a side view of a key, face forward and rearward and are formed along an arc that is convex toward the front. The key comprises a pair of sliding surfaces that slide against the pair of guiding surfaces. Due to this sliding of the guiding surfaces and the sliding surfaces, rotation of the key can be guided while displacement of the key in the front-rear direction is regulated. Consequently, because forward and rearward displacement of the key during key pressing can be suppressed, a reduction in operability (feeling of touch) during pressing of the key can be suppressed.

  • Patent number: 11776512
Abstract: Provided is a keyboard device for which the number of parts can be reduced. The present invention is provided with: hammers rotatably linked to a chassis; keys rotatably linked to the hammer thereof; guiding pins provided to the keys and extending in the widthwise direction of the keys; and a guiding groove provided to the chassis side and into which the guiding pins are inserted. The downward displacement of the front-end sides of the keys is guided by the rotation of the hammers with respect to the chassis, and the downward displacement of rear-end parts of the keys is guided by the sliding of the guiding pins with respect to the guiding groove. This eliminates the need for links to guide the displacement of the rear-end parts of the keys, thus allowing the number of parts to be reduced.
