  • Patent number: 10138068
Abstract: A powered roller system is operable in first and second configurations. In the first configuration, rotation of a motor drive shaft is transferred to a first drum member by an adapter collar that engages the drive shaft and the first roller drum assembly. In the first configuration, a first drum bearing assembly supports the first drum member on a motor support shaft, and a distal support assembly supports the first drum shaft. In the second configuration rotation of the drive shaft is transferred to a second drum member by engaging an adapter collar with the drive shaft and an adapter spacer and engaging the adapter spacer with a second drum assembly. In the second configuration, a second drum bearing assembly supports the second drum member on the support shaft, and the distal support assembly supports a second drum shaft.

  • Publication number: 20100229473
Abstract: A telescopic support tower has a plurality of tubes nested or stacked with one another. A base is coupled with the outermost tube to stand the plurality of tubes transverse to the base. A mechanism is provided in the base to enable access to an interior space of the plurality of tubes. The mechanism is coupled with a source of compressed air. A plurality of seals, at least two, are positioned on each of the adjacent tubes to seal the tubes with respect to one another. The plurality of seals enables sealed sliding movements of the tubes with respect to one another. At least one first clamp is provided to prohibit movement of selected tubes of the plurality of tubes such that only one tube of the plurality of tubes is enabled to telescope at a time. At least one second clamp fixes the selected telescoping tube to an adjacent tube of the plurality of tubes.

  • Patent number: 7003734
Abstract: A system and method for delivering advertising messages to a person accessing a banner web site from a terminal having a display upon which the content of the web site is visually perceived. Initial signals are provided from a web site when the web site is accessed by the user to establish a banner area including banner information that is visually perceivable by the person and plural sub-areas of the banner area. When the cursor is moved to a position on one of the sub-areas the person is automatically provided with respective additional visually perceivable information associated with the sub-area. The additional visually perceivable information remains perceivable to the person as long as the cursor remains on the selected sub-area. The initial signals carry the instructions necessary for the terminal to establish the additional visually perceivable information.

  • Patent number: 6981224
Abstract: In a method for delivering information to a person accessing a banner website from a terminal located remote from the source of the banner website the terminal has an associated display upon which the content of the website is visually perceived by a person using the terminal and a cursor whose position is controllable by the person. The method includes providing initial signals from the source of the website or from another remote source when the website is accessed by the person to establish a banner area on the display, the banner area including banner information that is visually perceivable by the person when the website is accessed and plural sub-areas of the banner area having respective associations with additional visually perceivable information.

  • Publication number: 20040042219
Abstract: A vehicle-mounted light has a vibration isolator configured to support a reflector within an interior of a light housing. The vibration isolator is formed from a resilient, vibration-absorbing material and includes generally annular front and rear sections spaced apart and interconnected by a generally cylindrical central section. The vibration isolator may be snugly fitted over a radially extending rim of the reflector such that when the reflector and vibration isolator are inserted within the housing, the vibration isolator forms a vibration absorbing interface between the housing and the reflector.
