    Abstract: A portable memo pad holder device which can be transported in a vehicle between the vehicle and a remote phone. The device includes a removable pad and a mount adapted to fit on the standard cradle of a telephone in place of the transmitter-receiver. The mount also includes a suction cup for removably attaching the device to the dashboard or the like of a vehicle. Thus, the device can be moved back and forth between the vehicle and a remote telephone.
