Patent number: 9896236Abstract: A tank has a circumferential wall defined by a plurality of separate elements in the form of vertical staves. Adjacent elements are shaped so that they are squeezed together to prevent leakage past adjacent elements. Hoops surround the wall elements. One hoop is a plurality of segments. Truss rods connect separate elements of the hoop to a support inside the tank. The truss rods of the hoop connect the hoop segments to the inside support in the tank and are tightened thereto for drawing the hoop wall elements inward to the truss rod supports, squeezing the adjacent wall elements together for preventing leakage between adjacent elements. A divider across the tank has the supports thereon for receiving the ends of the truss rods in the tank. Other staves define a divider of staves. Vertical beams support them.Type: GrantFiled: February 4, 2016Date of Patent: February 20, 2018Assignee: ROSENWACH TANK CO., LLCInventors: Andrew Rosenwach, Robert Redlien

Patent number: 9808658Abstract: An installation for supporting a worker on a tank: The tank includes a plurality of vertical staves held to define a peripheral wall by a plurality of hoops. A top bracket at the top hoop has a tie-on receiving fixture for attachment to a worker's tie-on at the outer end of the bracket. The tie-on bracket on the top hoop is shaped to not pivot up and down around the top hoop. At least one lower hoop is located on the side of the tank. Each lower bracket at each lower hoop has a tie-on receiving fixture for attachment to a worker's tie-on at the outer end of the bracket. Each lower bracket is shaped and positioned for being able to be pivoted up and down around its lower hoop. A threaded end region on the end of a hoop segment passes through a hole in the respective bracket. A nut is tightened on the threaded end region for holding the bracket to a junction fixture on the end of a respective hoop segment.Type: GrantFiled: August 10, 2016Date of Patent: November 7, 2017Assignee: ROSENWACH TANK CO., LLCInventor: Andrew Rosenwach

Patent number: 9272809Abstract: A wooden water tank for a building has a tank wall, a tank bottom and a wooden dividing wall across the tank defining at least two water compartments. There are attachments between the foregoing parts, and leak preventing connections between parts. The dividing wall is a sequential series of staves or boards extending horizontally and pressed secured together for leak prevention.Type: GrantFiled: March 30, 2015Date of Patent: March 1, 2016Assignee: ROSENWACH TANK CO., LLCInventors: Andrew Rosenwach, Robert Redlien

Patent number: 9027773Abstract: A wooden water tank for a building has a wooden tank wall, a tank bottom and a wooden dividing wall across the tank defining at least two water compartments. There are attachments between the foregoing parts, and leak preventing connections between parts. Each wall is a sequential series of staves or boards secured together for leak prevention. The staves of the circumferential tank wall extend vertically. The staves of the dividing wall extend horizontally. The staves are all pressed together so that neighboring staves are sealed to each other preventing leakage through the walls. There are hoops and hoop segments around the circumferential wall, and connections to the hoops press the staves of the circumferential wall toward each other for sealing.Type: GrantFiled: September 20, 2012Date of Patent: May 12, 2015Assignee: Rosenwach Tank Co., LLCInventors: Andrew Rosenwach, Robert Redlien
