Patents Assigned to ROTEX AUTOMATION LIMITED
  • Patent number: 12014871
Abstract: A single solenoid based double actuator device 100 is disclosed having a first actuator 106 configured for linear movement between actuated and dropped positions along an axis of a winding 102 and biased towards dropped position, and a second actuator 120 arranged spaced apart from the first actuator 106 for linear movement between actuated and dropped positions and biased towards dropped position. A pair of magnetic paths, an upper magnetic path 130, and a lower magnetic path 132, is provided at two ends of the actuators such that first actuator, upper plate 130, second actuator 120 and lower plate 132 provide a magnetic path for a magnetic field generated on passing a current through the winding 102. On passing a current exceeding a first current value, through the winding, one of the actuators is actuated, and on the current exceeding a second current value, other actuator is also actuated.

  • Patent number: 11797032
Abstract: An auto drain valve 100 comprises a valve body 222 wherein a piston 111 having a piston rod 08 with sealing disk 07 and sealing member 03 which is movable within said valve body 222 wherein air vent 30 and liquid outlet 40 and closes simultaneously. Further the valve body 222 is connected to the bowl 10; valve body 222 consisting of air vent 30, liquid inlet 40? and liquid outlet 40; moveable piston 111, solenoid coil 9 surrounding the piston rod 08; spring 01 and spring 02 resiliently biasing on the Piston 111 seal air vent 30 and liquid outlet 40 in its de-energized condition; when the solenoid coil 09 is energized and Piston 111 moves away from air vent 30 and liquid outlet 40 simultaneously, liquid is drained form bowl 10 through liquid inlet 40? into valve body 222 and drained out form liquid outlet 40.

  • Patent number: 11326492
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a hydrocarbon dosing system to control dosing of diesel fuel into an exhaust upstream of a vehicle's oxidation catalyst (VOC). The system 100 includes separate inlets (102,104) to allow inflow of a first fluid and the second fluid into the system, and an outlet 116. The first fluid configured to facilitate purging of the second fluid into the VOC through the outlet 116. The system 100 incorporates multiple valves (106, 108, 112) and pressure sensor 114 to control dosing and purging of the fluids. The system 100 provides an intrinsic non-return valve mechanism to restrict the flow of the first fluid into a fluid path of the second fluid, and vice versa. The system 100 provides intrinsic pressure relief mechanism for controlled release of pressure from system 100. The system 100 includes additional optional check valves 208 and filter screens 206 for redundancy purposes.

  • Patent number: 10969802
Abstract: A solenoid operated unit (100) for detecting and removing an undesired fluid (6) from a desired fluid (5) with diagnostic metering, comprises a unified solenoid operated pump and valve unit (70), a drainage path (40), an electrical detection system (60), a mecha-electro-magnetic detection system (80) and a junction box (190) interacting with an electronic control unit (90) comprising a PWM generator. A plunger (50) moves from up to down, a sweeping volume (28) with a cycle of a PWM electricity wave, while moving down the plunger (50) creates a negative pressure in a sweeping volume (28) and while moving up a positive pressure gets created in the sweeping volume (28) and a negative pressure gets created at a rear end (30) of a unified chamber (26), an air reliever (180) is provided for breathing.

  • Patent number: 10711910
Abstract: A solenoid valve (100) comprising a solenoid assembly (104) and a dual valve assembly (102) for fluid flow control and pressure relief. The dual valve assembly (102) comprising a valve body (300), upper stopper ring (113) and a lower stopper ring (307). A flow arrangement (200) comprising, a primary moving assembly (240) and a secondary moving assembly (213) is disposed inside the valve body (300). The primary moving assembly (240) having a primary mover (230) and an O-ring holder (208). The secondary moving assembly (213) comprising a sliding member (215), a supporting ring (214), a pressure-relief spring (211) and a pressure-adjusting mechanism (205). The flow arrangement (200) moves up when a solenoid coil (103) is energized resulting in normal fluid flow, the secondary moving assembly (213) moves down under excessive fluid pressure with the solenoid coil (103) de-energized. A reverse fluid flow is facilitated under excessive fluid pressure.
