    Abstract: A pressing device has a roller part, a control part and a fastening part. The pressing device can be mounted to a leaf of a window or door. The roller part is movable in the mounted state of the pressing device, in particular, vertically relative to the control part. The control part is movable horizontally to the fastening part in a positively controlled manner. A spring element is provided between the control part and the roller part in order to subject the roller part, in addition to the force of gravity, to a downwardly directed spring force, i.e., towards the running rail.
