Abstract: A dispenser for dispensing metered amounts of liquid or paste-like products has a cylindrical reservoir having an open bottom and an upper end with an intake valve. A plunger is arranged axially movably in the cylindrical reservoir and closes off the open bottom of the cylindrical reservoir. A dispensing head is arranged on the upper end of the reservoir. The dispensing head has a bell-shaped dispensing pump having elastic sidewalls and a pump head with a through opening having an outlet valve. The dispensing pump together with the intake valve and the outlet valve delimits a closed pump chamber. The outlet valve is manufactured as a monolithic part of the pump neck such that with a simple working step the entire through opening of the pump neck is closable by a valve flap of the outlet valve.

A pump chamber is restricted by check valves at the entry and exit. A discharge channel is positioned downstream of the dispenser pump with an application opening that can be sealed by a sealing element. The dispenser head is designed with an application cap with a planar application surface closing the dispenser head in an axial direction and with an application opening centrally arranged in the application surface. The sealing element is designed in such a way, and arranged within the application surface, that the sealing element completely overlaps the application opening and is flush with the planar application surface.

Abstract: Container closures, for dispensing liquid to pasty products from flexible storage containers such as bottle or tubes, are known, which open independently for the discharge of the products on squeezing the storage container and then independently reseal as a result of the restoring force of the storage container. According to the invention, a complete ventilation of the storage container after finishing the discharge process and closing the container closure may be achieved whereby the container closure (1) is made from a housing (5) with an axially displaceable elastic annular disc (2) and a sealing stop (3) centrally arranged beneath the above, whereby stop ridges (6) are arranged in the housing (5) to limit the downward axial movement of the annular disc (2) and the upward axial movement of the sealing stop (3).

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method of filling a dispenser and to the dispenser itself. For already filling a defined part of the head piece (20) when mounting the dispenser after material has been filled into said dispenser and for ensuring an interruption-free dispensing behavior during future operation, it is suggested that, when a first point of airtight sealing of a fluid container (10) by means of a head piece (20) has been reached, the movement of the two elements towards one another should be continued along a predetermined, fixed displacement distance (X). In addition, a dispenser is provided, especially for carrying out the filling method, in which a bottom side of the head piece (20) and a filler opening of the fluid container (10), which is adapted to be coupled to said bottom side, are implemented such that they match.
