Abstract: The invention relates to a suction excavator having a vehicle chassis, a suction fan, and a dumpable material collection container. The material collection container has a collection chamber and is swivelable about a tilt axis that extends parallel to the vehicle longitudinal axis, between a working position and an emptying position. Furthermore, a filter unit is provided which is situated in a filter chamber in the material collection container and through which suction flow passes. The filter unit is rotatably mounted on a rotational axis that extends parallel to the tilt axis of the material collection container, wherein in an unlocked state, swiveling of the filter unit about the rotational axis is enabled in order to swivel the filter unit out of the filter chamber, at least in sections.
Abstract: The invention relates to a device (07) for receiving and transporting components, in particular pipes or tubes (15), on a vehicle (01). The vehicle (01) carries a container (03) having a container cover (05) that is tiltable about a cover axis (19). A carrier (12) of the device is mountable on the container cover (05). An adjustment drive (22) that can pivot the carrier (12) about a pivot axis (21) between a transport position and a working position is preferably also present. Also provided are a retaining device (13) for accommodating at least one component (15), and a drive unit for moving the retaining device (13) relative to the carrier (12) between an upper holding position and a lower removal position. The invention further relates to a suction excavator (01) having a material collection container (03) that includes such a device for receiving and transporting pipes.
Abstract: A method for controlling the movement of an articulated hose mount having at least n>2 members, wherein a change in angle can be induced between neighboring members with the help of a respective drive includes: a) determining the starting position of the n members with the help of sensors; b) input of a direction vector and a velocity parameter; c) determining a target position, which should be taken by a suction crown, on the free end of the last member; d) determining n angle changes which must be carried out on the n members in order to reach the target position while maintaining the following condition: d.i. the suction crown moves into the target position along a straight path of movement; e) controlling the drives associated with the n members in order to perform the predetermined angle change on the n members; and f) cyclically repeating the aforementioned method steps until the direction vector and/or the velocity parameter are zero.
Abstract: The invention relates to a vehicle comprising a tiltable material collecting container which is suspended in a tilt axle running parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle and a telescoping device. The tilt axle runs in a plane of symmetry of the material collecting container. The frame-side ends of the telescope arms are pivotably attached to the frame in the central plane. At least one rotary drive is arranged on the container-side end of at least one telescope arm (09) to enable a rotation of the material collecting container about the tile axle. At least one pivot drive, which enables pivoting of the telescope arms out of the center plane of the vehicle in both angular directions, is provided.
