Abstract: A self-standing floor sign comprising two panels (15 and 16) hinged together at their upper ends, one panel (16) having a tubular hinge portion (24) provided with a slot (27) (28), the other panel having a core (31) (32) rotatable in said hinge portion (24), said core having a laterally directed U-shaped notch (31') (32') adapted to allow said core to hook into and pass laterally through said slot (27) (28) into said hinge portion (24) by simultaneously rotating and pressing radially inward on said core (31) (32) to snap it past the upper edge of said slot (27) (28).

Abstract: A platform hand truck having an integrally formed rectangular platform preferably of synthetic resin with a planer top deck and a depending rim flange. The deck is reinforced on its underside with a patterned rib structure provided with a plurality of recesses for receiving caster-mounting adapter blocks of synthetic resin in selective arrangements. The adaptor blocks are designed to embrace reinforcing angles supporting caster plates carrying the platform. A removable cover of plastic material is preferably provided for enclosing the platform.
Abstract: A tiered letter tray comprising at least two trays detachably stacked one upon another by rectangular plastic riser plates and a vertical file comprising at least one L-shaped trough having means at one side of its base for selective attachment to the side of the bottom letter tray, said trough adapted at the other side of its base for selective attachment to one side of a like trough, and an end cap adapted for selective attachment to said one side of the base for using said trough detached from said letter tray.
Abstract: A fire extinguisher package or assembly adapted for attachment to the top rim of a waste receptacle. A small translucent plastic container holds pressurized extinguisher liquid and a heat-activated valve for discharging and directing the liquid is connected to the top of the container and enclosed in a protecting shroud. The shroud or a cover therefor is mounted on the receptacle rim by releasable attaching means.
