Abstract: A system is disclosed for providing a waste management app. The system may have a locating device disposed onboard a service vehicle and configured to generate a first signal indicative of a location of the service vehicle, an input device, and a controller. The controller may be configured to receive a route assignment including waste services to be performed by the service vehicle, and to track movement of the service vehicle during performance of the waste services based on the first signal. The controller may also be configured to provide a graphical user interface for display on the input device, listing the waste services from the route assignment to be performed by the service vehicle and showing a location of the service vehicle relative to at least one location at which the waste services are to be performed.

Abstract: A system is disclosed for managing waste. The system may have a first portal configured to receive input indicative of a customer service opportunity, a second portal configured to receive input indicative of a vendor's acceptance of the customer service opportunity, and a central processing unit in electronic communication with the first and second portals. The central processing unit may be configured to determine, from a list of registered vendors stored in memory, a shorter list of vendors capable of accommodating the customer service opportunity. The central processing unit may also be configured to offer the customer service opportunity to at least one vendor on the shorter list of vendors via the second portal, to receive an acceptance from the at least one vendor via the second portal to accommodate the customer service opportunity, and to automatically generate at least one contract based on the acceptance.

Abstract: A system is disclosed for managing an offloading service performed by a service vehicle at a disposal site. The system may have an identity detection device configured to generate an identity signal associated with the service vehicle at the disposal site, a scale configured to generate a weight signal indicative of an amount of waste material disposed of by the service vehicle at the disposal site during the offloading service, and at least one processing unit in communication with the identity detection device and the scale. The at least one processing unit may be configured to correlate the weight signal to a customer for which the service vehicle previously performed an onloading service based on the identity signal, and automatically generate an invoice for the customer for the onloading service and for the offloading service.

Abstract: A management system is disclosed for use with a vehicle configured to receive waste from a receptacle. The management system may have at least one sensor mountable onboard the vehicle and configured to generate a receptacle-specific signal indicative of a condition of the receptacle. The management system may also have a controller in communication with the at least one sensor. The controller may be configured to receive information that is non-specific to the receptacle, to anticipate a service need of the receptacle based on the receptacle-specific signal and the information, and to selectively direct the vehicle to service the waste receptacle based on the service need.

Abstract: A receptacle is disclosed for containing waste. The waste receptacle may include a container having a side surface connected to, surrounding, and extending normal to a lower surface. The waste receptacle may also include a false bottom disposed inside the container and having a rigid plate-like body, and a flexible liner connected to a perimeter of the rigid plate-like body. The flexible liner may extend toward an opening of the container. The waste receptacle may further include at least one support configured to support the false bottom a distance away from the lower surface of the container.

The computing device may be configured to receive a route assignment including waste services to be performed by the service vehicle at a plurality of target locations, and to make a determination that the service vehicle has stopped at a non-target location based on the plurality of target locations and at least one of the first and second signals. The computing device may further be configured to selectively generate an electronic response based on the determination.
