Abstract: The present invention relates to fluorocarbon polymer-free preparations (Z) based on water and/or organic solvents and their use as a finish on flat materials, containing (1) 10-90% of a reaction product (S) prepared by reacting a component (A) with a partially blocked or non-blocked di-, tri- or polyisocyanate (IC) and (2) 10-90% of a C8-C28-alkyl groups containing organopolysiloxane, (3) 0-45% of a blocked or non-blocked di-, tri- or polyisocyanate, and (4) if appropriate customary emulsifiers. When used as a finish on flat materials, the preparations endow the treated flat materials with durable hydrophobic properties.

Abstract: This invention concerns highly concentrated self-emulsifying preparations containing organopolysiloxanes and alkylammonium compounds and use thereof in aqueous systems on textile substrates. More particularly, this invention concerns preparations consisting of fully or partially quaternized amino-functional organopolysiloxanes, quaternary alkylammonium compounds, if appropriate an organic hydrotrope and if appropriate water.

Abstract: A composition based on water and/or organic solvents and their use as a finish on flat materials, comprising (1) 10-90% of a hydrophobic wax based component, (2) 10-90% of a hydrophobic reaction product prepared by reacting a component (A) with a partially blocked or non-blocked di-, tri- or polyisocyanate and (3) ?0-45% by weight of a blocked or non-blocked di-, tri- or polyisocyanate and (4) optionally, an emulsifier. When used as a finish on flat materials, the composition can endow the treated flat materials with durable hydrophobic properties.

Abstract: This invention concerns preparations containing partially quarternized amino-functional organopolysiloxanes and use thereof in aqueous systems on textile substrates. The preparations contain (1) 2 to 60 percent by weight of a partially quartenized amino-functional organopolysiloxane, (2) 2 to 40 percent by weight of an emulsifier, (3) 0 to 15 percent of a hydrotrope and (4) 20 to 95 percent by weight of water, with the proviso that the total nitrogen content of component (1) is in the range from 0.05 to 2.0 percent by weight, based on the overall composition of component (1).

Abstract: The invention concerns preparations based on water and/or organic solvents and their use as a finish on flat materials. An exemplary preparation includes: (1) 10-90 percent by weight of a fluorine containing oil- and water-repellent agent, (2) 10-80 percent by weight of a hydrophobic reaction product(S) obtainable by reacting a component (A) with a partially blocked or non-blocked di-, tri- or polyisocyanate (IC), and (3) 0-45 percent by weight of a blocked or non-blocked di-, tri- or polyisocyanate.

Abstract: A device for electrically connecting the frame of a switching cabinet in which the cabinet housing is connected to the door by contact elements which are thereby electrically connected to the frame sections of the frame-like borders of the cabinet housing facing the door and are supported resiliently as well as electrically against the closed door. Specially designed contact springs can be used to create contacts between a subsequently fitted standard switching cabinet provided with a surface protection layer and the frame or cabinet housing in the door closure area.
