Abstract: The present invention comprises a portable container in the nature of a tote bag in which an inner wall is affixed to one of the primary walls so as to form an air tight bladder, or chamber, which is selectively inflatable and deflatable to enhance the utility of the bag and, further, having integrally formed and aligned cut outs in the opposed facing primary walls to permit facile gripping and transporting the bag and its contents.
