Abstract: The technology described herein is related to, among other aspects, a system that optimizes the timing component associated with targeted interventions while minimizing “member abrasion.” The technology further relates to implementing a dynamic learning model that adapts to individual member behavior and can leverage more sophisticated fill patterns and peak receptivity to engage a member at a moment most likely to create a desired fill behavior. The technology further relates to an improved user interface for conveying such intervention information and data.
