    Abstract: A saw blade with alternatingly oriented teeth groupings has a plurality of forward-oriented teeth groupings which are oriented toward the front end of the blade and a plurality of rearward-oriented teeth groupings which are oriented toward the rear end of the blade. The forward-oriented teeth groupings and the rearward-oriented teeth groupings alternate along the cutting edge of the blade, and traverse a specified length along the cutting edge corresponding to the stroke length of the reciprocating saw the blade is to be utilized with.
